THE PRACTICE
Berk Chiropractic and Sports Care successfully treats joint and muscle pain, neurological disorders, and sports injuries using a patient-centered paradigm. Our approach uses chiropractic techniques with myofascial release, physiotherapy, and home exercises.
Additionally, patients have access to Graston Technique, Fascial Manipulation, Kinesio Taping, and nutraceutical intervention through Metagenics.
We are located in the Hadley Health Center on the 2nd floor, Suite 201.
We are just a short drive from Amherst and Northampton, MA.

ZACHARY BERK, DC, CKTP
Dr. Berk is a board-certified chiropractor with advanced training in sports medicine and rehabilitation. He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College In 2011 with induction into the Phi Chi Omega Honors Society. At New York Chiropractic College, Dr. Berk served as the President of the Sports Science and Human Performance Club.
Prior to attending New York Chiropractic College, Dr. Berk attended Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York and graduated high honors with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. He was recognized for his achievements in research. During his
time at Skidmore College, Dr. Berk was a member of the Men's Rowing and Men's Ultimate Frisbee teams.
Dr. Berk has lectured at both the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology and the American College of Sports Medicine, with his research ultimately being published in the Journal of Applied Physiology and the American Journal of Physiology Regulatory, Integrative and Comparative Physiology.
In addition to Dr. Berk's academic achievements, he has treated athletes ranging from high school to elite triathletes and Olympic hopefuls. He has had the opportunity to treat at numerous sporting events, including The Millrose Games at Madison Square Garden, The ECAC Championships and The New Balance Collegiate Invitational. In 2016, Dr. Berk served as team physician for Slow White during their National Ultimate Frisbee Championship win.
Dr. Berk is an avid learner and reader and prides himself on providing his patients with the most up-to-date therapies.
Dr. Berk has attended many continuing education seminars, ranging from advanced soft tissue therapies to current practice of sports chiropractic. During his free time, he enjoys hiking, weight lifting and cooking.
